Our Vision Clinic is dedicated to helping uninsured individuals receive compassionate and affordable vision care. In partnership with Better Vision, Better Hope, our clinic provides vision exams and prescription glasses to eligible clients for a small $25 fee.
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to see clearly and experience dignity, support, and hope through practical acts of service.
To qualify for care through our vision clinic, you must be uninsured, at least 18 years old, and must not have received a vision exam within the last 13 months. If you meet these qualifications, we encourage you to make an appointment below to receive vision care.
Book your appointment
Appointments are required prior to attending the clinic and are available on a limited basis. The $25 fee covers both the vision exam and glasses, if prescribed by the provider.

Check-in Instructions
When you arrive, please park in the main parking lot at the front of the church. Enter through the side entrance closest to the service road. The correct entrance will have double glass doors with the word REVIVE displayed in green lettering.
Once inside, please check in at the welcome table and wait to be called for your appointment.
If glasses are prescribed during your visit, you will be able to choose your frames before leaving the clinic. Glasses are typically ready within 2 to 4 weeks, and a team member will contact you when they are available for pickup at the church office.
